Fay was amazing. We put our house on the market as sales were slowing and Fay gave us wonderful advice and helped us develop a plan to meet our goal of selling the house in 2025. Fay had relationships with anyone we needed to do work on the house and both Fay and all of the people she recommended were prompt and did amazing work. Fay strikes the right balance between motivating you to complete the work needed to sell and understanding the effort it takes to prepare your house after living there for 29 years.
