Dear Fay,                                                                                                              10-11-11

It is my hope that this letter explains my sincere gratitude for all of your hard work and that you understand how pleased I am with your real-estate services.  You worked magic to ensure that I was able to purchase my dream home and also sold my previous home in a downturn real-estate market to make it happen.  I am impressed with how you handled the many problems and personalities involved with this transaction.  You took difficult situations and rectified them every time. I also am very appreciative of your recommendation of Mario Bachez and his team.  As promised they have done amazing work on my new home and have left me speechless with the beauty they have created there.  I have so enjoyed working with you and your pleasant team. I know that none of this could have happened without you.  Please know that I will recommend you to everyone I know who is in need of an agent.  Best wishes to you and thank you again for all the wonderful things you have done.

              With sincerity and gratitude,

Hi Fay,

The dust is finally settling from the move and I wanted to take the time to thank you, Amin and Amie for all of your hard work.

You have assembled a tremendous team that kept the transaction on track and running smoothly.  At every step of the process from the initial interview to the final closing you were extremely professional.  We would not hesitate to use you again and would highly recommend you to our friends.  Your thorough knowledge of the Kirkland market instills confidence in your advice and guidance.

Thanks again for a job well done.

Re:  Amin and Fay Besharat  -  www.teambesharat.com

If you are needing a basic realtor team with a simple quick no issue sale of a property, then you likely don’t NEED Amin or Fay.  But if you need to sell a multimillion dollar home in a tough economy and you are not in the country to oversee the issues involved in selling this type of property, you MUST call Amin or Fay Besharat.

We requested this competent team to sell our home at 4710 – 140th Ave NE Bellevue.  Not only did we ask them to market this house but they had to oversee the entire deal without any owner supervision and we also added a tenant into the mix which they happily managed for us as well.  The home was listed on April 1, 2010 and with only 1 brokers open and a few showings the home was sold and closed by July 30th 2010.

Amin and Fay took responsibility for the inspections and all the requirements and follow ups without complaint and we know that there were and are always stresses when it comes to selling a home in this price range.  Fay made many international calls to us to keep us updated which is very costly and sometimes very difficult when there are different time zones to contend with.

They have extremely competent staff working for them and I would be remiss if I did not mention Michelle Nedrow.  She constantly kept us apprised of all that was transpiring during the marketing and escrow.

John and I would like to once again take this opportunity to thank both Amin and Fay and their staff for an outstanding job.

If you require any further information please feel free to email me or John. The Besharat’s will gladly pass on our contact details.

Regards,

Michele Hattingh

Dear Fay and Amin,

Kathy and I would like to thank you for the outstanding service you provided with the recent listing and sale of our home.  You and your office staff are professional, thorough and always quick to respond.  Your local knowledge, marketing materials and timely communication with us were above and beyond our expectations (just as it says on your website).  We would highly recommend you to anyone buying or selling a home in the Kirkland area.

Best Regards,

To who it may concern,
I have both bought and sold homes over the past 19 months through Fay Besharat. In a
challenging marketplace you require the very best skills representing your interest- Fay
Besharat's team exemplifies those superior skills. They know the West of Market Street
Real Estate situation "cold". Why did I work with Fay;
1. She sells 8-10 listings a month in this very small neighborhood-- I have several sites in
the subject area and watch closely.
2. Her marketing programs expose you to the largest audience with printed, placed and
electronic marketing -- superior to any firms I interviewed.
3. She is "blatantly- frank" about what, how and when you can expect action in the
current market and through this knowledge- how to leverage it.
4. Her teams creativity and follow through are an exception in my 35 years experience in
real Estate investing.
I run a $650M Operation in Kirkland. I require a professional that will appreciate my
time and only involve me when necessary. Both my purchase and sale where expedited
and streamlined in consideration of my availability.
I closed the purchase through Fay Besharat's team in 18 days. The same team sold a
listing for me under 30 days in a horrible market -- where most listings are measured by
the hundreds of days.

Want results- Go with the best.

Subject: THANK YOU!!

Hi Alexis and Fay!
We can't Thank You both enough for getting and staying involved in resolving the garage
door. We are happy that this will be taken care of and that we all can move forward. We
have come to know two amazing women who are not only professionally savvy, but also
ethically and morally grounded. Life's journey doesn't always lend itself to a direct route
to our desired destination. I think it is the bumps and the curves that mold us into who we
are and into the perception of how others' view us. Mirowski the inventor of the
implantable cardiac defibrillator said it best, "The bumps in the road are not bumps, they
are the road!" Thank you both for riding the bumpy road now go and enjoy selling some
more homes! Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in your future for
references. We have nothing but kind words for the two of you.

Take care,

Tami and Van
