The seller's agent was hostile and unprofessional and Fay did an amazing job of communicating with her in a professional manner and getting the sale done. Fay went above and beyond going the extra mile for us. She stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. She was easy to reach and readily available for questions no matter what day or time.
