Moving to the United States from France in 1975, Fay has been an active Real Estate professional since 1988. With degrees in both French Literature, and Accounting, Fay brings over 22 years of award winning experience to the table. Among her many accolades, she has sold an average of 60 million dollars of real estate per year. This production has ranked her as being in the top 1% of realtors nationwide.

Along with her expertise in selling existing homes, Fay has also established relationships with many of the eastside's premier builders, to provide her clients with new construction homes. With Fay's personal goal to always be there for the client, her attention to detail and her marketing expertise, "Her service will exceed your expectations."

Fay believes that direct communication, time and effort are the 3 things that have helped her create successful, lasting relationships. It's her "can do" attitude that will make selling or buying a home a positive experience.

Amin joined Fay’s team in 2002 and became partner in 2006. Amin has lived in the Kirkland area all of his life, growing up in a very influential family of real estate; his mother being in the "Top 1% of Realtors Nationwide" and his father being a prestigious architect on the eastside. Amin graduated from the University of San Diego in 2003 with honors and a degree in Political Science. His other passion includes playing basketball and watching the University of Washington’s basketball team. Amin is a proud Tyee donor to the men’s Huskies Basketball team for the last 7 years.

Patrick began his journey in real estate in 1999 when he left the high tech world and began buying & renovating architecturally significant homes.  This led directly to the real estate world, where he found his true passion, assisting buyers and sellers in surpassing their goals.  Because he was a client before he was a broker, Patrick approaches each transaction as if it were his own and feels this is the only way to ensure a buyer or seller can maximize his/her net.  Patrick believes that there is always money on the table in a real estate transaction and believes his clients should benefit from that.  Having worked directly with Fay and Amin for years, in 2011 Patrick officially became part of the Besharat team.

Elli Imanpour joined Team Besharat in 2011 after 10 years of collaborating with Fay Besharat in various real estate transactions. Elli comes from a strong background of mortgage and real estate and her fresh approach to guiding you through the twists and turns of home buying, is grounded in her desire to make the process meet your every need. Whether you are a first time buyer or experienced investor, Elli's background spans all aspects of the real estate experience. Her over ten years in the business of home buying is highlighted by her enthusiasm and dedication. Sonya Browder - Marketing & Client Services / Licensed Associate

Sonya Browder started her career in real estate in 1986 when she worked for NWMLS serving the Real Estate community as a whole. In 1995 she went to work for a large company on the Eastside, first as a Transaction Coordinator, then as their Office Manager. In 2004 she transfered to another prominent company on the Eastside and in 2006, she became an Office Manager/Marketing Director for one of their Premier Agents. With 25 years of experience she brings to Team Besharat exceptional service, professionalism, confidence and trust.

Sonya is married with two grown sons and has a ten year old granddaughter. She lives in Carnation, WA with four dogs and two cats. The family loves to travel in their motor home, camp, fish, hunt and are season ticket holders for the Seahawks. They are also major sports fans for all of the Seattle teams as wells as Nascar and NHRA. Sonya donates her spare time to children’s and homeless pet charities.

Setting the standard for exceptional customer service has been my passion for almost 20 years since majoring in Communications at Central Washington University. I truly enjoy meeting new people, hearing about their life experiences, and partnering with them to help bring their business to the next level.  Working alongside the efficient people at Team Besharat makes that goal very attainable. 

Born and raised in Seattle, my wife Cristina and I are now raising our two kids – Ella, 8 and Erick, 5 – in the Maple Leaf neighborhood.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.  An accomplished athlete in my youth, I still like to stay active and seek new adventures – from climbing the Great Wall of China to cycling the length of Baja California to zip-lining in Mexico!

Karina joined the escrow industry over 10 years ago after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in International Business. Karina has been involved in thousands of successful escrow closings ranging in complexity and size.

As part of Horizon Escrow, Karina is proud to provide time-saving solutions to the already busy real estate professional. Some of our services are: providing minute-by-minute updates that can be tracked electronically; staying in constant communication with the parties; and appreciating the sense of urgency that is common to every transaction. In addition to our state-of-the-art software system, Horizon's professional staff prides itself on our integrity, attention to every detail and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Karina enjoys spending time with her two kids and husband, cooking and travelling.
